Leo received this super cool outfit from Philippa & Rob - the shorts will be perfect for him in Barbados!!!

Ezt a meno cuccot Philippa & Rob-tol kapta Leo ajandekba. A naci nagyon jol jon majd Barbados-on!!!

Summer prep

A nyarra keszulodve felprobaltunk ket sapkat amit meg Mary-ektol kaptunk. Sajnos, mar tul picik. Pedig ugy szerettem volna, hogyha Barbados-on viseli oket Leo.

In preparation for the summer, we tried on two hats we received from Mary. Unfortunately, they are too small now.. I was really hoping to see Leo wear them in Barbados :-(

Nappali / Living room

A nappali egy kisebb atvaltozason esett at.. mivel Leo folyamatosan forog es kezd kuszni, megnagyobbitottuk a jatekteret :-)

Our living room has been transformed... As Leo now constantly rolls from side to side and starts to crawl, we've enlarged his play area :-)

Train / Vonat

We took the train today to Waterloo to see Sam, an ex colleague of mine. We had lunch at Giraffe where Leo got this balloon :-) then we went for a walk, and then tried to have carrot & avocado for lunch by the London Eye.. Leo was so distracted by everything that was going on that he hardly ate anything. We're now heading home and I'll stuff him up during the next feed!

Ma vonattal elmentunk Waterloo-hoz, hogy egy volt kolleganommel, Sam-mel talalkozzunk. Az Giraffe-ban ebedeltunk, ahol Leo kapta ezt a lufit :-) utana setaltunk egyet a South Bank-en, es vegul probaltunk ebedelni (repa es avokado) a London Eye mellett. A nyuzsi annyira eltetelte Leo figyelmet, hogy alig evett valamit, igy most miutan hazaertunk majd probalom jol megtomni :-)

Oltozkodes / Getting dressed

Az oltozkodes es a pelenkacsere mostanaban rendhagyo modon zajlik nalunk.. Epp amilyen pozban sikerul. Leo annyira elvezi a forgolodast, hogy sokszor vagy hason vagy labnal logatva ejtjuk meg a dolgot.

Clothes and nappy changes happen in a rather unorthodox fashion these days.. Leo is such a wriggly worm and enjoys flipping from side to side so much, that it becomes impossible to change him normally. Sometimes on his tummy, other times holding his feet up high (like a chicken..), basically anything goes..

Big boy

Our 6 months old big boy had his pram changed yesterday, so he can see more now as it's in more of a sitting position. He also sleeps equally well in it which is a big thing!

Gymboree

We had a trial of Gymboree in St Margaret's today. Gymboree is a UK-born, but now international chain of baby activity / gym centers. The class included songs, dances,some sensory play (bubbles etc), and crawling all over the gym area. Even though Leo was one of the youngest (most of the other babies were sitting already), he seemed to enjoy it. He loved the tunnel, and also getting to know (or rather taste) all the toys.

Ma kiprobaltuk a Gymboree-t, egy baba jatekhazat ami Angliaban indult de mostanra mar nemzetkozi lanc. Enekeltunk, tancoltunk, voltak jatekok, es ki lehetett probaljuk a maszokas teruletet. Bar Leo picinek szamitott (a tobbi baba mar ult), tetszett neki a dolog.. Foleg az alagut, es persze a tobbi baba es a jatekok (amiket persze megkostolt..).

Porridge

Leo elso talalkozasa a baby porridge-val (zabkasa?) 2 napja tortent. Barackos izesitesu es lathatoan bejott. Alig tudtam eleg gyorsan adni neki a kanalat, ugy evett, mint aki meg elet even soha.. Azota en is rajongoja lettem a kajanak, annak ellenere, hogy Allitolag nem sok taperteke van. Olyan jo latni ahogy joetvaggyal eszik :-)

Leo's first encounter with baby porridge was 2 days ago. It had apricot flavour and clearly was a major hit. He was stuffing his face so much that I couldn't give him the spoon fast enough! I'm a porridge convert since although I was skeptical to begin with as apparently it doesn't provide many nutrients. It's still fun to see him eat with so much gusto :-)

Bizonyitek / Proof

Itt az elo bizonyitek, hogy Leo mostanaban napkozben is alszik az agyaban. Nehany honapja ez meg lehetetlennek tunt :-)

Here's the proof that Leo does nap at home these days.. A few months ago this seemed impossible! :-)

Teddington

We visited Vania and George yesterday in Teddington. It was a gorgeous day and an eventful afternoon - Leo ate sweet potato & avocado in Sofia's play chair, George turned for the first time (see pic) and we went for a walk in gorgeous Bushy Park.

Tegnap meg latogato Vaniat es George-t. Mozgalmas delutan volt: Leo evett edes krumplit avokadoval, George eloszor megfordult (dokumentalva a foton), es egy nagyot setaltunk a gyonyoru Bushy Park-ban.

Repa / Carrot

Marcius 1 ota, miota Leo 5,5 honapos lett, mar ismerkedunk uj izekkel. Az elso a repa volt, aminek tobbe-kevesbe lett sikere. A maszatos kepek a masik fenykepezon vannak, ezek meg a kezdeti ismerkedesek a darabos fott repaval. Persze a dolog nagy resze a foldon kotott ki!

We started Leo on solids on 1 March, when he turned 5,5 months old. The very first food was a steam carrot, which had more or less success. The messy mashed carrot bits are taken on my other camera, these are just the initial chunky bits. Most of it ended up on the floor, no surprise!

Fulham

Meglatogattuk Margaret-et es Emily-t, mert nehany hete uj hazba koltoztek Fulham-ben. Esett az eso oda-vissza, de mikor megerkeztunk Leo es Margaret is jo fejkent aludt egy orat, es igy Emily-vel tudtunk dumalni. Ahogy felebredtek, indult az ismerkedes, es Leo kiprobalhatta M korabbi jatszoszonyeget. Kovetkezoleg Rich-csel egyutt jovunk, remeljuk Brian-t is latjuk majd!
