Barbados #1

Ok, so we are here. We were the couple with the screaming baby on the plane during take-off, with a constantly smiling baby otherwise who attract all the attention. We are safe and sound, sleep deprived as always, but enjoying the sun and the sea. Can't really say that we are chilling, but we are getting plenty of giggles in the water from a non-stop wriggling, hilarious little boy.

Hol van Leo / Where's Leo?

Ma reggel 5 orai jo jatekunk volt a 'hol van Leo?' Leo eltakarja az arcat, mi kerdzzuk 'hol van Leo', majd hirtelen felnez, es mi valaszolunk 'Ott van Leo!'. Ezt persze kivetel nelkul nagy vigyor es vihogas koveti :-) ezt el tudjuk jatszani akar 10-20-szor is... Ma is igy volt, es sikerult az utolso 'elbujast' elkapnom.

Today's 5am game was 'where's Leo?'. The game is simple: he hides his faces, we ask 'where's Leo', then he suddenly looks up, and we respond 'there he is'. Without fail, huge grins and giggles follow. We can repeat this 10-20 times. This morning I managed to record the end of the game :-)

Easter / Husvet 2014

Mozgalmas husvetunk volt az iden (Leonak eloszor :-) Barbeque-ztunk nalunk baratokkal, sokat setaltunk a kornyeken, kirandultunk a Petersham Nurseries-be es husvet vasarnap ebedelni mentunk... na jo, csak a Pizza Express-be :-)

We've had an eventful Easter (Leo's first :-) : we had friends over for BBQ, did lots of walks around Richmond, including a visit to Petersham Nurseries, and went out for lunch on Easter Sunday.. ok, only to the nearby Pizza Express :-)

 

 

I enjoy this sitting up thing more and more! / Egyre jobban tetszik ez az ules dolog!

Both Anja and I got some help from Leo this morning.. He started with wiping up the kitchen floor (he is on his way out of the laundry room on the pic), and then he helped me with packing!

Leo ma reggel segitett nekem es Anjanak is. Eloszor feltorolte a konyhat (a kepen epp a mosolonyhabol araszol kifele), kesobb meg nekem segitett a borondbe pakolasban.

Sunday / Vasarnap

We were invited for lunch to Georgine & Jeff's yesterday, where these lovely pics were taken. Leo looks like he is wearing a Christmas jumper but in fact it's a hand-me-down from my sister which I really like so I wanted to make sure he gets a chance to wear it. As usual, Leo felt at home, rolled all over the place, and spent time with Audrey :-)

Tegnap Audrey & Jeff-nel voltunk ebeden, ott keszultek ezek a szuper fotok. Ugy nez ki mintha Leo Karacsonyi pulcsiban lenne, de valojaban ez egy Mary-tol orokolt darab, amit mindenkepp szerettem volna, hogy viseljen. Leo szokas szerint otthonosan erezte magat, mindenfele forgott es persze Audrey-val is toltott idot :-)

Hartbeeps

Mult heten voltunk az utolso Hartbeeps oran egyutt, szokas szerint Audrey es Georgine tarsasagaban. Leo imadja a helyet, jokat forog, maszik, egyre tobbet ul :-), ismerkedik a tobbi babaval es a jatekokkal. A jovo szezonra is tervezunk feliratkozni, Valerie nagymama igerte, hogy elviszi.

Our last Hartbeeps class with Leo was last week, and as usual we met Audrey and Georgine there. Leo loves these classes: he rolls and crawls around, sits up more and more, he enjoys the company of other babies and getting to know the various toys. We are planning to sign up for the next season, too - Grandma Valerie has kindly offered to take him :-)

Eye doctor / szemesz

We went to see an eye specialist today at Parkside Hospital, and the official diagnosis is that Leo isn't cross eyed, it's all an optical illusion. He was super good in the waiting room, Daddy kept him entertained!

Ma voltunk szemesznel es a hivatalos diagnozis az, hogy semmi gond nincs Leo szemevel. Szuperul viselkedett a varoban, Apa szorakoztatta renduletlenul :-)
