Rodosz / Rhodes: Mark Warner

Rodoszon nyaralunk eppen egy Mark Warner uton. Mark Warner gyerekbarat utakat szervez mindenfele, es ugy dontottuk az iden kiprobaljuk.. A tavalyi Barbados-i utbol tanulva gyerek klub nelkul nem nyaralas a nyaralas! BA-vel repultunk a Heathrow-rol, 4 ora az ut Rodoszra. Teljesen kulturalt volt az utazas. Leo-t mar elore be kellett iratni a gyerek klubba mert gyorsan betelnek a helyek.

We are in Rhodes on a Mark Warner holiday. We decided to try it as they specialise on child care, which we learnt the importance of while we were in Barbados last year. We flew BA from Heathrow, and the flight took 4 hrs - it was perfectly fine/doable. We had to book Leo into childcare in advance - he is in the toddler group named Starfish, and his key worker is Georgia (up to 3 children / nanny). He is booked in between 9-12.30 and 2.30-5.30. They do all kinds of things: painting, drawing, singing, bikes & trikes, swimming, dinosaur hunt on the beach (whatever that means), etc. Leo loves being there: whenever we arrive, he runs in, and barely says 'y bye' to us - he is ready to go straight away. The best thing is, they have an evening child care service where kids can be dropped off to sleep while the parents have dinner/drinks (open until 11 or 12). Most kids are dropped off still awake, but we haven't tried that yet.. We always just left him there sleeping in the pram. It's really a fantastic set up as you can have a proper evening while you know that the kids are well looked after (there are 4 rooms based on age, most set up with beds or place for prams). The older kids watch movies like Finding Nemo on giant bean bags, and you can see that it's like an adventure for them. I've taken these photos in hiding when we spotted Leo around the hotel with Georgia and the other kiddies. On the second one, he is walking in the middle. In the pool he is on the right holding a watering can. As of today, we have him in the morning and he only goes to the crèche in the pm. More swim time with Mummy and Daddy (Apa)!
